I create chaos to achieve order.
I am an organizer of people, places, spaces and things. I help clients, individuals and groups, realize potential in architectural design, administrative systems, and projects. I then build systems to improve the way we function and dwell in the built environment. With these systems, clients can fulfil their needs and achieve results.
My projects become my own. I identify unmet needs by listening, observing, analyzing, and engaging my clients in training and creative thinking. With my guidance, we create order and structure; making prudent use of resources in order to accomplish goals.
I studied Office Technology as an Associates Degree in preparation for migrating back to the US where I completed a Masters of Architecture at Andrew’s University.
I wanted to “craft buildings that are dignified, durable and purposeful” – Mission Statement, AU School of Architecture.
Recently, I repatriated to Atlanta, GA where I am diving into African American culture and history through food, literature, and volunteering at the Auburn Avenue Research Library. I am fascinated by the legacy of the group and its descendants.
If you don’t find me spending time with family and friends, I’ll be growing with my houseplants or finding garden stores near me as a “Curious Collector”. Otherwise, I’ll be immersing myself in my favorite tunes or new finds from NPR’s Tiny Desk Concerts or singing with a gospel group or chorale.
